Secretary: Fiona Jones
Treasurer: Cheryl Davies
Family Liaison Officer: Erica Handley

Meetings:
Our monthly meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month, usually at the Llay Miners Welfare, Llay near Wrexham, at 8.00pm. Our next meeting is on the 14th November. For further information about the North Wales & West Cheshire CHICS group you can contact Cheryl or Erica.

High School Group:
A message for new and existing members of the high school group, we as a committee think it would be a good idea for you to have a meeting of your own and discuss what you as a group would like to do. For example meetings, outings and fund raising ideas. If you are interested in joining us in going bowling and for pizza, please telephone or e-mail Erica to show your interest.

Bereavement meetings:
Our next meeting is on the 7th November, also at the Llay Miners Welfare, Llay near Wrexham, at 8.00pm. If you require any information please telephone (01978-853495) or e-mail Erica.
A note from Erica:
If you require anything please telephone me as I am not at clinic or doing home visits at the moment, as I am on compassionate leave.

Coffee Morning / Afternoon:
Would you be interested in having a coffee morning or afternoon in the Wrexham / Chester / Mold area? If you have your child or siblings at home, we would find somewhere that they would be entertained (e.g.; Jolly Jungle in Mold). Also would you be interested in having an evening meeting in the Colwyn Bay, Bangor areas? If you are interested please contact Erica and we will try our best to arrange this. We have also been approached to see if we would hold some coffee mornings at Llay Miners Welfare, Wrexham, for children that are either pre-school or unable to attend school. Please contact one of the committee if you are interested and we will try and arrange this in the new year.

E-mail Address & Newsletter By E-Mail:
Please, please if you have an e-mail address, please e-mail Fiona with your name and address so she knows who you are. We are now in the swing of sending our newsletters out by e-mail, as we are trying to save money on our postage as it normally costs around 90.00 per month.

Facebook:
We now have a Facebook page for our group. If you are on Facebook please search for CHICS North Wales and West Cheshire. Take a look at the page for all the latest information. If you have any images or information that you wish to share on the page, please contact Dawn.

Volunteers:
Could you or family and friends help us. Are you interested in going on our volunteer list for our charity events, if so please contact a member of our committee.
